1. Eligibility & Age Verification

• Minimum Age: You must meet the minimum age required to use online services in your jurisdiction (e.g., 13 in the United States, 13–16 in the EEA/UK) or have express permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Age Verification Integrations: Certain features, content tiers, games, or Discord integrations may require verified age status. We utilize third-party verification tools (including Discord’s age verification services and OAuth protocols) to verify eligibility. You agree to provide accurate, truthful verification data when prompted. Bypassing or falsifying age verification is grounds for immediate termination.

2. User Accounts & Third-Party Authentication

• Third-Party Credentials: Our Services may utilize third-party platforms (such as Discord, Roblox, or OAuth providers) for authentication. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party accounts.
• Account Responsibility: All actions taken through your connected account (including in-game actions, web portal interactions, and Discord bot commands) are your sole responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using any part of the Services, you agree NOT to:

1. Exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or tamper with our code, databases, web applications, or bots.
2. Use automated scripts, spam bots, or unauthorized third-party software to interact with our Services or Discord bots.
3. Transmit malicious payloads, viruses, or disruptive network traffic.
4. Impersonate any individual, staff member, or entity affiliated with ReloadedWare.
5. Harass, threaten, defraud, or violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of other users.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services—including software, graphics, branding, trademarks, sound design, UI/UX, and underlying code under reloadedware.com—are the exclusive property of ReloadedWare and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services solely for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Virtual Goods, Purchases & Subscriptions

Any digital goods, virtual perks, roles, or currencies acquired through or in connection with our Services are licensed, not sold. They hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for legal currency, and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, balance, or revoke virtual perks at our discretion.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your access to any or all Services (including blacklisting Discord accounts or game profiles) without prior notice if you violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• "AS IS" Basis: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReloadedWare and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
